ACCOUNT

How do I create an account?

Visit the Create Account page. An account is automatically created when you place an order, however; it must be activated to login. 

How do I login to my account?

You can login by visiting the login page. If your account is activated, you can also login using Shop. Shop is a Shopify wallet app allowing you to login faster, store your order information, pay with installments and more.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No. An account will automatically be created when you place an order. You can login to your account by going to the Login page.

What do I need to do if I lost my password?

Use the Lost Password link to reset your password.

 

ORDERING

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we offer discounts using discount codes.

How do I use my discount code?

Simply enter the code in the Coupon Code box of the order form.

How can I check the status of my order?

Orders will remain in processing for 1 - 2 business days after we receive it. We will contact you if it's in processing longer than 2 days. After processing and shipped, you will be given a tracking number to see the shipping time and location.

How do I cancel or edit my order?

The edits that you can make to an order depend on the fulfillment status of the items. If an item has already been fulfilled, then you can't remove the item or adjust the quantity. However, you can edit unfulfilled items or add products to the order.

  1. Click the order that you want to edit.
  2. Click Edit and make your changes.
  3. Click Done.

You can also describe the changes you would like made using the Contact Us form. We will make the requested changes for you, assuming it hasn't been fulfilled yet.

Do you drop-ship orders?

Yes, we use a third-party service to process and ship all orders.

 

PAYMENTS

What payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards.

How do you process payments?

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments or PayPal.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, we charge sales tax depending on the state the order is placed in.

What is SHOP? SHOP is a wallet app that helps you check out faster on participating stores by automatically filling in your saved email, payment, and shipping details.

 

SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?

Shipping takes about 2 - 4 days in the US and approximately 4 - 10 days internationally.  

Where is my order shipped from?

Orders are fulfilled from our drop-shippers warehouses spread throughout 4 countries. There are fulfillment warehouses in the US, Spain, Latvia, and the UK.

When will you ship my order?

Orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days after receiving them.

What shipping carriers do you use?

The shipping companies are USPS, UPS and FedEx.

How do you calculate shipping costs?

There is a flat shipping fee depending on the total cost of your order and where it is being shipped to. It is free to ship anywhere in the USA if the order total is $50 and over. Please see our shipping rates for more information.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping to anywhere in the US if the order total is over $50.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to almost anywhere in the world.

How do I track the shipping of my order?

You will be given a tracking # after your order is processed and sent. You can then Login, select the order and view the tracking information.

What shipping options do you offer?

We use Standard (1st class) shipping on all orders. At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping options.

What if my product is damaged when it arrives?

Please use the Contact Form to let us know the product has been damaged during shipment. We will reply with further instructions. 

REFUNDS & RETURNS

What is your refund policy?

We offer a hassle-free refund policy on all orders. A refund must be requested within 60 days of the purchase date. Please see our Refund Request page for more information.

How do I request a refund?

How do I return an unwanted or damaged product?

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Refunds and returns are processed within 1 - 2 business days. It takes 7 - 10 days for the refund to be returned to your bank or card.  

COMPANY & PRODUCTS

How do I care for the apparel products?

  1. Check the care label for specific instructions on washing, bleaching, drying, ironing and dry cleaning.
  2. Turn garments inside out before washing.
  3. Use warm water and all-purpose detergent for machine-washing. Use a permanent-press cycle.
  4. Use chlorine bleach if necessary. Treat oil stains with warm water.
  5. Use a fabric softener to reduce static electricity.

Do you make the fabric and apparel?

No. The fabric and apparel is made by a 3rd party. All the graphic designs are created by us and then dye-sublimated on the apparel product.

How do I know the correct size? 

Use the sizing chart on the order page to help you determine the appropriate size to order.

What if I receive a damaged product?

Please visit the Return/ Exchange page for more information on returning damaged products.

Do you have a retail store?

No. We only sell online.

What type of printing do you use?

We use the dye-sublimation printing process. Using this process allows us to create high-quality prints that won't fade, crack, bleed or peel from the apparel fabric.

How long will the printed designs last?

The dye-sublimation process creates prints that will last the lifetime of the apparel product. The images will not fade, crack, bleed or peel from the apparel fabric.

Can I resell your products?

 At this time, we do not offer an affiliate program.
